Issuing a duplicate e-Card

The new e-card is issued only to the card owner with the appropriate document and to persons authorized to collect the card by the owner (in the case of minors, the minor's parents or legal guardians are authorized to collect the duplicate).

For people over 70 years of age entitled to free travel, upon request, an e-card will be sent by post to the address provided when submitting the application for a duplicate.

A new card is personalized and issued within 24 hours of submitting a complete e-card application. A non-refundable deposit of PLN 10 is charged for issuing a duplicate personal e-card.
