ACTIVATION OF FUNDS FROM INTERNET TOP-UP

Within 7 days of making the transfer (online top-up), you must activate the funds in the top-up validator in each MZK bus, in 20 PDB or in 20 activation machines located in offices and other points in the Association's area of operation.

Activation of funds via the top-up validator consists of pressing the and key twice and then placing the e-ticket diskette in the validator's pocket.

CHECKING THE CHARGING CONDITION

To check the account balance on the validator, use the "i" button. Pressing it causes the validator to switch to status checking mode or cancels the previously selected option.

When boarding the bus, press the "i" key and then hold the diskette close to the reader within 5 seconds - information about the e-card status will appear on the validator's display (successful checking of the card status will be signaled by a red light and a double sound signal). After the message appears, hold the e-card at the reader as long as you want the message about the amount of funds in the account to be displayed.

If, after 5 seconds from checking the status, the diskette is not placed against the reader, the validator returns to the normal operation mode. Then, by pressing the "N" or "U" button after about 5 seconds, the validator will register the journey and, in the case of an electronic wallet, collect the selected, one-time fare (one-time operation). Validation of another ticket is possible after selecting an additional ticket again using the N or U key.

RIDE REGISTRATION RULES
  1. All e-cards are subject to the obligation to register the journey. An e-card without a registered trip or a receipt alone does not entitle you to travel.
  2. In accordance with the data contained in the memory system, the validator automatically collects the normal or reduced fare from the e-card or, in the case of a season e-ticket or if the passenger is entitled to free travel, the validator only records the journey.
  3. The expiry of the validity period for discounted travel entitlements causes the validator to charge the fee for a regular ticket without warning.
  4. If the season e-ticket has expired, the validator without warning attempts to cancel the single-trip fare from the electronic purse.
  5. Two different periodic contracts and an electronic wallet can be saved on the e-card at the same time. In this case, the system will first use the season e-ticket valid on that day.
  6. Using an electronic wallet, you can pay for your own journey and a maximum of 15 people or 15 pieces of luggage additionally (the transport is paid for on the same route section as the transport of the card user).
  7. When getting off the bus, you must present the e-card to the validator again. If you do not register your exit, you will be charged a fee for the journey to the end of the course route, which is non-refundable - this applies to the electronic purse.
  8. The validity period of the services on an electronic ticket is 10 years, after which the e-card must be replaced with a new one. In such a case, the funds accumulated on the old e-card will be transferred to the new one. The e-card will be replaced free of charge after its validity period has expired.
  9. If you cannot use the e-card (e.g. lack of funds, invalid e-card), you should purchase a paper ticket from the driver.
  10. Valuing for another person is only possible at the first stop, right after validating the ticket for your own journey.
