Funds topped up via online transfer will appear on the e-card within 3 to 6 hours of making the transfer.
ATTENTION! Within 7 days after online top-up, the funds on the e-card must be activated using the top-up validator located in each bus.
Online top-up and top-up at the Customer Service Office at the MZK headquarters can be made with any amount from PLN 1.
At Ticket Top-Up Points, the minimum top-up amount is PLN 5 (except for the first top-up of the e-card, which is at least PLN 10). The electronic wallet can contain funds up to PLN 250.
A non-personalized electronic purse can be topped up at Ticket Distribution Points and the Customer Service Office at the MZK headquarters in Jastrzębie-Zdrój at ul. Przemysłowa 1.
NO. Online top-up can only be made by a personalized e-card holder who logs in to the e-Ticket website.

Documents and fees

When collecting the e-card, you must have an identity document with you and, in the case of entitlement to reduced/free travel, documents confirming these entitlements (e.g. ID card).
The person authorized by the owner to collect his e-card must also have an authorization signed by him - the authorization template can be found here.
Upon collection, top up the e-card with a season ticket or a minimum of PLN 10.00 on an e-wallet for single journeys (does not apply to free travel entitlements).
If you have problems completing the application, please read the tips below:

1. CHOOSE E-CARD TYPE
Personal name with photo - if you are applying for an e-card
for the first time Duplicate e-card - if you have lost or destroyed your e-card and want to receive a duplicate floppy disk

3. TICKET TYPE
Here you select which e-ticket you will top up when collecting the e-card - funds for an electronic purse or e-season ticket
You can check more than one box because the e-card can contain two different season e-tickets (for different validity periods) and e-wallet funds up to PLN 250
If you are entitled to free travel, leave all fields blank (this field is required in the online application, so select any type of ticket)

4. ENTITLED TO RELIEF
If you are entitled to reduced fares, please indicate the reason here
Attach to the application a copy of the document entitling you to the discount, e.g. ID card, document certifying age, or present the original upon delivery
In the DISCOUNT PERIOD (above the gray field) enter the expiry date of the abovementioned. document or select 'INTEREST'
If you are not entitled to reduced fares, leave all fields blank

5. ENTITLED TO FREE TRAVEL
If you are entitled to free travel, please indicate the reason here
Attach a copy of the document entitling you to the application, e.g. ID card, large family card, document certifying age, etc. or present the original upon delivery
In the FREE TRAVEL VALIDATION PERIOD (above the gray field) enter the expiry date of the above-mentioned. document or select FOREVER

6. I ATTACH A PHOTO
The application submitted in person at BOK or by post should be accompanied by a photo with your name and surname on the back (the photo will be returned when collecting the e-card) or send a photo in PDF or JPEG format signed with your name and surname to bok@mzkjastrzebie.com
The application submitted online should be accompanied by a photo in PDF or JPEG format signed with your surname and first name (it can be scanned) or sent to bok@mzkjastrzebie.com
The photo should show the entire face from the front on a light background
In the case of ticket control, the photo printed on the disk allows identification of the e-card owner, so you will not need to show your ID

7. PLACE TO COLLECT THE E-CARD
If you want to collect the e-card in a place other than BOK at the MZK headquarters, select 'other' and select 1, 2 or 3 - collection dates are available here

8. REASON FOR ISSUING A DUPLICATE E-CARD
You only fill in the form when applying for a duplicate e-card - if not, leave the fields blank

9. SIGNATURES
The submitted application should have three signatures (above the gray field) - the signature may be submitted earlier or only when submitting the application
The signature in the field at the very bottom will only be made when collecting the e-card
If the validator validated the wrong or additional fare or did not refund the excess fare when getting off, you should submit a written complaint to MZK, e.g.:

Via the Internet - to the inbox bok@mzkjastrzebie.com or via the contact form on the e-ticket website or the complaint form for logged in users
By post - to the address MZK ul. Przemysłowa 1, 44-335 Jastrzębie-Zdrój
In person - at Customer Service Center (at the MZK headquarters) or at E-card Collection Points

The notification must include the e-card number, date and approximate time of the event, starting and ending stop of the trip and a description of the event. The complaint should include the contact details of the submitter (in accordance with the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of January 8, 2002 on the organization of the receipt and consideration of complaints and applications /Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 5, item 46/).

The refund is made by topping up the amount due on the e-card at the Customer Service Center at the MZK headquarters or by bank transfer to the bank account indicated by the payer.
Persons over 18 years of age should appear in person at the Customer Service Center at the MZK headquarters or at e-ticket issuance points (on designated dates) along with their e-card and a valid document entitling them to reduced fares, e.g. a student ID or pensioner ID.
In the case of youth, simply send a copy of your school ID to: bok@mzkjastrzebie.com. The scan or photo should be made from both sides (obverse and reverse). In the case of young people up to 16 years of age, the relief will be extended automatically until September 30 of the year in which the person turns 16. Youth over 16 and under 18 will have their relief extended for one year - until the end of September next year.
