Personalization of e-Cards

It involves collecting and storing registration data, entitlements to discounts and a photo of the Passenger in the central system database and printing this data on the e-Card. Online top-ups are only possible for personalized e-cards.

Issuance of e-Card

Applications for the issuance of an e-card should be submitted to BOK - this can be done from May 2015 electronically by completing the online application or sending a scanned application to the e-mail address bok@mzkjastrzebie.com, as well as in person at the MZK headquarters or by post to the address BOK MZK Jastrzębie

The personal e-card must be collected in person in order to verify the information provided - if the passenger cannot collect the electronic card himself, he must authorize another person. Upon special request, we will send an e-card to persons with a significant degree of disability (who are entitled to free travel) by post to the address provided.

Top-ups

At the Customer Service Office at the MZK headquarters, you will be able to top up the e-card with cash and top up the selected e-ticket.

Complaints, requests, claims

Passenger applications and complaints will be accepted at BOK in person, electronically (to the e-mail address bok@mzkjastrzebie.com or using the complaint and application form on the website www.mzkjastrzebie.com).

Passenger registration in the SDK

This includes user registration on the e-biletmzkjastrzebie.com website, filling in the account with personal data consistent with the data recorded on the issued e-card, assigning the diskette to the user, etc.
