The e-card is a reloadable diskette

Once the funds are exhausted, you need to top up the card again

Payment can be made by quick bank transfer via the Electronic Payments Operator, or in cash or by payment card in selected places within the MZK area.

Top up your e-Card

You can top up your e-card in several different places. First of all, at the Customer Service Office at the MZK headquarters, at Ticket Top-up Points (top-up amount minimum PLN 5) and in the future at Top-up Terminals.

It is also possible to top up the e-card via the online Card Top-Up Service (SDK) via top-up validators in each bus and in the buildings of City Halls belonging to the Association - the so-called activation of funds on the e-ticket card.

Online top-ups are only possible in the case of personalized e-cards.
e-wallets issued to bearers cannot be topped up via the Internet.
To personalize an e-card, you should go to the CC at the MZK headquarters with a floppy disk.

To use the SDK, you must register your user on the e-biletmzkjastrzebie.com website and then assign your e-card to your account in the E-CARD tab in the CARD STATUS category. The last two categories in the E-CARD tab are for online top-ups. The receipt of top-up funds in the SDK website will be confirmed by e-mail to the address provided by the passenger. The time between making the transfer and registering the payment in the system depends on the Electronic Payment Operator whose services the Passenger uses.

Funds topped up online are ready for activation in the vehicle from 3 to 6 hours after the transfer.
Activation of funds on the e-ticket card from online top-up must be done via the top-up validator on the bus up to 7 days after the transfer.
To activate funds from online top-up, press twice key and on the validator and place the e-card in the validator pocket

Payment in cash or by payment card made at BOK and PDB allows for the immediate exchange of funds for points saved on the e-card.

After purchasing and topping up PLN 10, the Electronic Purse (e-card for single journeys) is ready for use. The amount of subsequent top-ups cannot be lower than PLN 10. A maximum of PLN 250 can be accumulated on the card.

In the case of an e-ticket for periodic journeys, the appropriate ticket must be encoded on the card - the so-called contract. Contract coding is only possible in the Customer Service Center at the MZK headquarters or in the PDB.

Any season ticket and electronic purse points can be encoded on the e-card at the same time.

Most types of e-tickets are subject to the obligation to 'register' a journey on an MZK bus, this also applies to persons entitled to free travel.

Only people who are over 70 years old will be able to travel by MZK public transport with a valid ID document.
